Claude Mandy recently joined Edera as their Field CTO. Prior to Edera, Claude was Chief Evangelist at Zscaler, following its 2026 acquisition of Symmetry Systems. Their career before that includes time as a Gartner analyst, as well as global CISO at QBE Insurance, one of the world's biggest insurers. They write and speak on data and AI security regularly, focusing on what zero trust and containment can and can't guarantee for AI agents.
